church 1. Ecclesiastical & Spiritual Nature of Consultations

Consultations conducted by Prophet Samo Mtishiby constitute pastoral counseling, prophetic insight, and spiritual prayer ministry according to Christian faith. Consultations do not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or commercial investment advisory services. Attendees attend of their own spiritual volition.

event_available 2. Schedule & Strict Admittance Protocol

• Tuesday Ministry Only: Prophet Samo Mtishiby ministers in-person exclusively on scheduled Tuesdays at designated branches according to the published itinerary.
• Admittance from 11:00 AM Prompt: Sanctuary doors open and registration roll-call begins strictly at 11:00 AM prompt.
• First-Come, First-Served Admittance: Consultation order is determined on a first-come, first-served basis upon physical arrival at the sanctuary. Late arrivals risk forfeiture of their consultation slot.
• Strict 20-Seat Capacity Limit: In order to preserve the solemnity, focus, and depth of pastoral ministry, each sanctuary session is strictly capped at 20 attendees. Once 20 seats are filled, registrations are automatically closed.

payments 3. Ministerial Administrative Contribution & Deadlines

• Administrative Fee: A contribution of KSh 700 per person is required to support ministerial sanctuary logistics and facilities. Remittances are made via official M-Pesa payment number (0182965757).
• Booking Cutoff: Online booking requests close strictly on Monday at 6:00 PM preceding the scheduled Tuesday ministry session.
• Pending Expiry: Unverified reservations without matching administrative contributions are subject to expiration after 72 hours to allow waiting believers to secure seats.
• Non-Refundable: Due to the limited seat capacity and logistical arrangements, ministerial contributions are non-refundable upon session confirmation.

group_off 4. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Backing Out (No-Shows)

If a confirmed attendee is unable to attend, advance notice must be provided to the pastoral office no later than Monday 12:00 PM to facilitate seat reallocation. Confirmed attendees who fail to appear on the appointed Tuesday without prior communication ("no-shows") will have their reservation cancelled.

call 5. Overseas (Online) Voice Consultations

Online consultations are reserved strictly for believers residing outside Kenya. To maintain spiritual focus and connectivity stability, overseas consultations are conducted strictly via direct telephone voice call (not video call).

front_hand 6. Sanctuary Reverence & Decorum

All visitors to the sanctuary sanctuary premises are expected to conduct themselves with modesty, reverence, and respect for pastoral staff and fellow attendees. Commercial recording, non-consensual photography, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited within the consultation premises.
