1. When do prophetic consultations take place? expand_more

Consultations take place on Tuesdays only. Admittance begins from 11:00 AM Prompt on a strict first-come, first-served admittance order upon presentation of your official booking reference code.

2. What is the consultation fee and how do I pay? expand_more

The consultation fee is KSh 700 per person as a ministerial administrative contribution. Remit payment directly via M-Pesa to 0182965757. Please ensure you make payment using your full official name so the secretariat can promptly match and verify your booking.

3. What is the booking deadline? expand_more

Reservations close strictly every Monday by 6:00 PM (the evening preceding Tuesday ministry). Late submissions after this deadline cannot be accommodated for that week.

4. Who can attend via Online (Abroad) sessions? expand_more

Online sessions are reserved solely for believers located outside the country or very far from our physical branches. Online consultations are conducted strictly via direct phone call (not video call unless expressly directed by the office).

5. How do I know my booking is received and confirmed? expand_more

Immediately upon submitting the reservation form, you will receive a unique Reference Code and an automated acknowledgment email with a calendar invite (.ics). The secretariat reviews and confirms your appointment upon verification of payment.

6. What happens if a Tuesday session is fully booked? expand_more

When all seats for a given session are filled, the system allows you to either enter the official Waitlist or select another upcoming Tuesday date or alternative branch where Prophet will be ministering.
